The Bloch Exercise Band is a latex resistance band used to support a variety of exercises. Dancers of all ages and flexibility can target specific areas in need of strengthening.
The bands are also excellent for injury recovery exercises and can be used for young dancers in preparation for pointe work.
Three different bands are available offering different levels of resistance to best meet the skill level and ability of the dancer:
